Masks are magical, they will put the body and the movement in focus. But how do you give life to a mask?
In this 5-day theatre workshop, participants will be introduced to various theater masks and will eventually build their own masks of garbage and bring it alive on stage.
We will together play and make discoveries with the masks. What energy does the mask have? How does the mask move and how can we give the mask life? Through play and improvisation, the participants will try different masks and methods on their own bodies. With a focus on the climate, each participant will create and build a garbage mask. This garbage mask we also give live on stage and we will create and develop small stories for the strange garbage creatures.
A fun workshop that focuses on body and garbage.
Bring clothes you can move in, snacks and clean garbage if possible 😊
