Information on bus & ferry schedules

Strandfaraskip Landsins (SSL) is a nationally owned transport company. Its main objective is to provide transport to all corners of the Faroe Islands.

SSL runs six ferries: Smyril, Teistin, Sam, Ritan, Sildberin, and Ternan.

SSL also runs multiple bus routes, all privately run by multiple Faroes bus companies.
