BYDANS: a virtual reality installation

Boundary is part of bydans - A Moving Festival
bydans is a new dance festival spanning over two days, celebrating the diversity of contemporary dance and aiming to bring a wider range of contemporary dance to places where there is a wish for more dance experiences.

The festival allows audiences to experience new dance formats and might even expand their view of what dance can do.

This year's bydans program consists of three Nordic works in different formats: a VR dance film experience, an intimate performance where the audience gets close to the performers and an evening-length performance where poetry and dance are intertwined.

This is the first time bydans will be taking place and is an initiative by KOMMA Performance Productions and RIVA the Faroese Dance Company in collaboration with the Nordic House in the Faroe Islands.
